Due to the digital nature of eSIMs and their instant activation, all purchases on SwiftSIMs are final and non-refundable. Once an eSIM is delivered successfully, it cannot be returned, reused, or resold, and therefore we are unable to offer refunds.

Before purchasing, please make sure your smartphone supports eSIM technology and is unlocked. You can check your phone’s compatibility on our website product page or by searching online. We cannot provide refunds for purchases made on incompatible devices.

If you experience any issues with your eSIM—such as activation problems or connectivity issues—please contact us at orders@swiftsims.com with your eSIM ID. Our team will review the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement eSIM at no extra cost or issue you a refund.

Delivery

At SwiftSIMs, all eSIM orders are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing your eSIM details and activation instructions. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when placing your order.

From our side, we are able to track whether your eSIM has been installed and activated. This helps us ensure smooth delivery and provide better support if needed.

If you do not receive your eSIM email within a few minutes of completing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team for assistance.
